Insincere or Moronic? Teng Critiques Sanusi's Apology to Selangor Sultan

Former Selangor executive councillor Teng Chang Khim implied that Sanusi is being moronic or insincere for taking 14 months to apologize to Selangor's Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah.

“When a leader needs to take 14 months to realise his insolence towards a Malay Ruler, either he is insincere or he is moronic,” Teng said via a Facebook post. 

In his post, Teng shared a Malaysiakini article that said the Kedah Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor had issued a public apology to Selangor's Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah for his comments made during the state election campaign in Selayang July 2023.

Sanusi had made seditious and insulting remarks about the Selangor Sultan near Taman Selayang Mutiara.
